Hey there! I'm Laurence, I'm a programmer and the voice behind "thethriftescape". I guess you're here to know a bit about me, huh? I'm not good at talking about myself, but will give it a try. Aside from chocolates/sweets I love travelling. If you've read some of my blog, I always have it or buy some chocolates when I travel. I started travelling when I had my first solo backpacking trip. From there on, I started making my travel blog. But not really promoting it. And just share it to few people who wanted to travel or do solo backpacking too. Now, I have my own blog that I can share it with everyone! I like travelling, but don't want to spend too much (yup! thrifty traveller here :P) So when I go for a trip, I always make sure to do it on a budget, as much as possible. And to attain this, I search a lot. I know, there are some people like me, who wants to travel the world on a budget. Or just looking for some itineraries for a certain city/country. Where to go in Japan for Six Days: Well… Hello again ?

We bought are plane tickets thru Cebu Pacific promo, for ₱5,000 round trip! ?
I’ve been to Japan last 2012, so we had an easy time on planning our itinerary, besides, they also wanted to see the tourist spots that I’ve been to.

So first things first, we need to find accommodations in Kyoto and Tokyo, then transportation from Kansai Airport to Kyoto, then Kyoto to Tokyo (vise versa) …and plan our estimated budget.
