Hey there! I'm Laurence, I'm a programmer and the voice behind "thethriftescape". I guess you're here to know a bit about me, huh? I'm not good at talking about myself, but will give it a try. Aside from chocolates/sweets I love travelling. If you've read some of my blog, I always have it or buy some chocolates when I travel. I started travelling when I had my first solo backpacking trip. From there on, I started making my travel blog. But not really promoting it. And just share it to few people who wanted to travel or do solo backpacking too. Now, I have my own blog that I can share it with everyone! I like travelling, but don't want to spend too much (yup! thrifty traveller here :P) So when I go for a trip, I always make sure to do it on a budget, as much as possible. And to attain this, I search a lot. I know, there are some people like me, who wants to travel the world on a budget. Or just looking for some itineraries for a certain city/country. So to pay it forward, I share my blog about my travel experiences with itineraries, tips and budgets. Let’s connect! and Tavel More! Say hello to me at [email protected]

One Whole Day Everland Resort. And we’re late, haha. We left the hostel quarter to 10:00 am. From Myeongdong to Gangnam station. It’s far from the hostel, like 17 stops/stations (we were able to nap, almost). From Gangnam station, we looked for the bus stop for #5002 to Everland. It’s in front of krispy kreme. […]

As usual we had breakfast, bread, coffee and noodles… Then we went off to bukchon hanok village, anguk station (line 3). It’s hard to tour in other country if there’s a language barrier. Since we don’t have GPS or the like, we always asked for direction. But still, some can’t understand us, and we just […]
